Human Resource Manager for the Headquarter of a Multinational Insurance
company
Tasks:
- To form the strategic and operative employee buildup in accordance with the target and plans of 2007
- Consultation with board of directors on strategic, organizational, judical, management analysis
- To take responsibility in planning and development of employees; in salary, works law and salary planning
- To form a qualified team which is able to be active in decision-making
- Conception and application of a price (salary) system which leads to success and is motivation-oriented
- To work together with account manager on the problems between account department and employees
- To study all the requirements of SSK
- The cooperation with the authorities and institutions
Main Professional Qualifications:
- Good international education and large work experience in the field of economics
- Long-term know-how of human resource management in an international corporation, preferable in banking and insurance
- Fluent English
Optional Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of German is welcome

- Strong in organization and leadership
- Team and communication oriented
- The ability of having decisions but openness to discuss and share the decisions
- Self-initiative with entrepreneurial
- Orderly and precise
- Loyal and long-term oriented

- Age: around 35
