Human Resource Manager

Human Resource Manager for the Headquarter of a Multinational Insurance company

Tasks:

  • To form the strategic and operative employee buildup in accordance with the target and plans of 2007
  • Consultation with board of directors on strategic, organizational, judical, management analysis
  • To take responsibility in planning and development of employees; in salary, works law and salary planning
  • To form a qualified team which is able to be active in decision-making
  • Conception and application of a price (salary) system which leads to success and is motivation-oriented
  • To work together with account manager on the problems between account department and employees
  • To study all the requirements of SSK
  • The cooperation with the authorities and institutions

Main Professional Qualifications:

  • Good international education and large work experience in the field of economics
  • Long-term know-how of human resource management in an international corporation, preferable in banking and insurance
  • Fluent English

Optional Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of German is welcome

  • Strong in organization and leadership
  • Team and communication oriented
  • The ability of having decisions but openness to discuss and share the decisions
  • Self-initiative with entrepreneurial
  • Orderly and precise

  • Recruitment and leading a qualified which is heavily specialized on pricing (salary), social insurance, recruitment, work law, employee development
